Ismael Oliver Romero
Director and founding partner
Director and founding partner of Oliver & Abogados, he is a Spanish lawyer specialising in commercial law, economic and corporate criminal law, as well as a lecturer at training centres for banking executives.
He has extensive experience in the corporate world, both in large multinationals and in national and family businesses.
Since joining the Madrid Bar Association, he has focused mainly on the following areas:
He has developed and deployed compliance-compliance control programmes and methods in various multinationals.
He has been involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and corporate succession processes.
He has advised and advises both public and private companies, being chairman and/or member of different Boards of Directors of different trading companies.
He has led and defined the defence of numerous court cases on corruption and economic crime.
He has directed the legal direction of the defence of persons prosecuted for corporate and economic crimes, especially related to money laundering and matters affecting the criminal liability of legal persons.

Roberto San José Diego
Lawyer
Graduate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He was a candidate for the Executive Scale of the National Police Corps for four years. He completed the Advanced Specialist Course in Criminal Law at the Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Jurídicas (CEIJ) and obtained a highly specialised diploma in Economic Criminal Law at the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica.
He is an expert in economic criminal law, extradition proceedings and European Arrest Warrants and European Arrest Warrants for Arrest and Surrender.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Ismael Oliver López

Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Law, studied at ISDE – Law & Business School. He has completed his training with specialised diplomas, such as the “Certificate in Privacy and Data Security”, from Georgetown University (Washington D.C.), or the high specialisation in Economic Criminal Law at the School of Legal Practice. He also holds the CESCOM certificate in Compliance.
He works at Oliver & Abogados as an expert in economic criminal law and, in addition, in commercial law and civil law.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Enrique López Crespo
Lawyer
Law degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas E3. He has completed his training by obtaining the “Certificate in Conflict Resolution: Negotiation, Persuasion, And Mediation” from Columbia University (New York). He provides his services at Oliver & Abogados as an expert in commercial law and civil law.

Carlos Hernández Moreno
Lawyer
He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, has completed a General Course at the School of Legal Practice and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy at ESIC. He has more than thirty years of experience in the practice of law in the commercial and civil fields.
He is a specialist in commercial law and civil litigation at Oliver & Abogados.
